Since the formation of The GRCPAC in March 2017, our community of people who gather around music, art and friendship has truly become something special.

The GRCPAC is a registered 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization. Hundreds of donors from our local community help us in our mission to preserve, promote and advocate for traditional American music. We rely on donations to carry out our mission of serving the Grass Roots community.

Will you help us on our mission and donate today?

Our newly renovated location, The Fallout Shelter, is a destination; a listening room where the audience is present to hear stories and songs while witnessing the production of our program, The Extended Play Sessions. The Fallout Shelter continues to offer a unique experience: the rare opportunity to see world class live music in an intimately connected space.

In 2023, beyond our amazing Extended Play Sessions series, we will connect with our local community with our new local musician showcase series Listen Local, Open Mic Nights and Dance Nights for those who feel the need to move.

Our intention is to be here for you as you are here for us. We have signed a new three year lease, so we'll be here for at least the next 4 years.

Please donate today to help us grow and thrive in 2023 and beyond.

Your gift is 100% tax-deductible, supports our renovation and growth and is always greatly appreciated.

You can donate a one-time gift or make a monthly pledge through the link below.

Where Does Your Donation Go?

While we may not meet all of these goals, we feel it is imperative that we outline specific areas of need that your generous donations will help us address.

Our goal is to raise between $15,000.00 and $20,000.00 to help us achieve some of our future goals for 2023.

The general wear and tear of live production takes a toll on our audio and video equipment that needs upgrading, repair and maintenance. We would like to add a second boom crane and a rear camera for our live productions as well as some new and much needed audio production gear for our livestream production.

For our food/beverage area we are hoping to add a new refrigerator for a second beer tap, and if we get really lucky perhaps a dishwasher so we can eliminate the use of plastic cups, helping to lower our carbon footprint and make the Fallout Shelter more environmentally friendly.

Another area we would like to address is to expand our publicity to promote the Extended Play Sessions Experience to audiences around the country and to television stations in markets like Nashville, Austin, Chicago and others. This is an ongoing monthly expense that we simply can't accomplish with our current level of income from live events.

The GRCPAC Board of Directors
